The Identifier in addition to Caller ID detects dialed digits from outgoing calls.

We provide free caller id software programs that receive the caller id data and creates a database of all incoming and outgoing calls.

The free caller id software program uses the telephone number to retrieve additional database information related to the number (both incoming and outgoing calls).
