WinLog is a free, network enabled, simple customer service, sales management and contact management software program which utilizes the telephone company's Caller ID signal, touch-tone DTMF, and an Identifier Telephone Line Monitor.

It features instant and automatic database retrieval of customer records before the phone is answered and automatic logging of all incoming and outgoing calls.

Each call record includes name, phone number, time, date, length of call, and any notes.

Categorizes and posts all incoming and outgoing phone call information to a daily ledger as well as an individual client file.

Free Modem Software Program

When compared to the Identifier, modems have their limitations for recording phone line activity. A modem cannot detect outgoing calls (touch tones), determine the length of the call (on/off hook), or detect if the call was answered.

DDE Software Program

 This is a general purpose DDE software application that receives the Caller ID Name & Number from the Identifier and sends it to any DDE enabled software application. It comes with a built in utility that will allow you to link with any DDE Server and manually Execute DDE commands and Poke values. This utility is very generic and works with any DDE software.
