WinLog is a free, network enabled (supports unlimited number of workstations), simple customer service, sales management and contact management software program which utilizes the telephone company's Caller ID signal, touch-tone DTMF, and an Identifier Telephone Line Monitor.

It features instant and automatic database retrieval of customer records and automatic logging of all incoming and outgoing calls.

Each call record includes name, phone number, time, date, length of call, and any notes.

Categorizes and posts all incoming and outgoing phone call information to a daily ledger as well as an individual client file.

Sharing WinLog on other Workstations

The WinLog program can easily be shared with any number of workstations by simply creating a shortcut Icon on the Desktop of each workstation.

Contact Records can be located by Name or Contact

Popup Name and Notes and Line Status


The Line Status Window can be placed anywhere on the Windows Desktop

Line Status is Selectable Horizontal or Vertical Format

The Name, Address, Notes, Popup is optional

An existing Contact Profile Name and Address Pops up

If there is no Contact Profile for the Popup, Enter the Name, Address, Zip and a Profile will be made when the Popup window closes


Notes entered in the Popup are save in the Call Note

Mobile Phone Access

When you are out of the office you can forward your calls to your cell phone. If you do not have service and the caller does not leave voice mail, you will not know they called. With our mobile call log you can view all calls.

Regular Call Forwarding will not transmit the caller id. You must set up your land line phone service for Forward on No Answer, to get the caller id.

When compared to the Identifier, modems have their limitations for recording phone line activity. A modem cannot detect outgoing calls (touch tones), determine the length of the call (on/off hook), or detect if the call was answered.

 This is a general purpose DDE software application that receives the Caller ID Name & Number from the Identifier and sends it to any DDE enabled software application. It comes with a built in utility that will allow you to link with any DDE Server and manually Execute DDE commands and Poke values. This utility is very generic and works with any DDE software.
